As a BNI member, maintain a stock of referral slips, and use the Dance Card Planner to help you increase your referrals. We have prepared these forms in Adobe Acrobat® Portable Document Format (.pdf) format. You can download and save them to your computer, then print them out when needed.

If your computer has the Acrobat software and plug-in installed, clicking on any of the links above will display the document in your browser window. Otherwise, you may download and save the file to your computer and open it in Acrobat Reader.

To download and save a PDF file to your computer, right-click or click and hold your mouse button down on the link text for a publication. A small window will pop up next to the cursor with a variety of options, including "Download Link to Disk" or "Save Target As..." or "Save this Link as..." Select one and, if prompted, choose "Format: Source", not "Format: Text". Select a directory location for your file and click OK. Then, you can start Acrobat and choose File, then Open... and navigate to the file you saved.
